Resumen
//// Abstract: The author analyzes F. Hölderlin’s and F. Nietzsche’s proposals about the presence of myths in Western Modernity. In his text, Martiarena examines some of Hölderlin’s theoric approaches and poems, as well as Nietzsche’s fragments in The Gay Sciencie and Thus Spoke Zarathustra. He argues that, even if there are coincidences between these authors that must emphasized, their differences, however, allow us to ask ourselves whether the gods have fled in Modernity, or whether they are dead.
