La prose narrative française contemporaine. Altérité et pluralité

Abstract

Con el fin de enriquecer los conocimientos acerca de la literatura francesa contemporánea, el presente ensayo analiza e interpreta algunas prosas narrativas desde la perspectiva de la alteridad y la pluralidad. Se adoptaron estos dos ejes de lectura para evitar caer en el reduccionismo que tiende a la mismidad y la univocidad. En este sentido, el ensayo tiene la intención de subrayar el creciente interés de la novela híbrida por la naturaleza polimorfa del hombre; este ser que vive en constante diálogo entre si mismo y el otro. De ahí la imprescindible conciencia de la “diferancia” como paradoja complementaria para concatenar las peculiaridades de la individualidad y las expectativas de la colectividad. //// With the purpose of enriching our knowledge of contemporary French literature, this essay analyzes and interprets a few works of narrative prose from the perspectives of alterity and plurality. These points of view were specifically chosen so as to avoid the reductionism that leads to sameness and to univocal readings. Thus, my work intends to emphasize the hybrid novel’s increasing interest in the polymorphous nature of human beings—creatures that live their lives in constant dialogue with one another. Hence the indispensable conscience of the “différance” as a complementary paradox that allows us to unite the peculiarities of the individual and the expectations of the community.
